By using Prakriti Escapes, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.
1. Booking & Permits
Prakriti Escapes acts as an intermediary platform for booking various attractions and experiences. For government-regulated attractions (like Gir Safari), bookings are subject to the availability of permits. In the rare event that a permit cannot be secured after payment, a full refund will be initiated.
2. Identification
Guests are required to carry the original ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) provided during the booking process. Failure to produce valid ID at the attraction entrance may result in denial of entry without refund.
3. Code of Conduct
Travelers must adhere to the rules and regulations of the specific attraction, especially in wildlife sanctuaries and religious sites. Any behavior deemed harmful to the environment or disrespectful to local culture may result in immediate cancellation of the experience without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Prakriti Escapes is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the experience. We strongly recommend all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance.
