Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local partners.

  • Safaris (Gir, Rann of Kutch): Non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled slot. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days in advance.
  • Ropeways & Gondolas: 100% refund if cancelled by the operator due to technical issues or extreme weather. Non-refundable otherwise.
  • VIP Darshans: Non-refundable once the booking ID is generated.
  • Other Attractions: Refundable up to 24 hours prior to the experience, minus a 10% processing fee.

Information We Collect

To provide a seamless booking experience, we collect only the necessary information:

  • Primary guest's full name and age (for government permits).
  • Contact details (Email and Phone) for sending E-tickets and updates.
  • Identification proof details (as required by specific attractions).

Data Security

Prakriti Escapes uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. We never store your full card details or sensitive bank information on our servers. Your personal data is strictly used for permit generation and communication related to your booking.
