Important Information

Valid government ID is mandatory for all passengers. Please reach the gate 30 minutes before your slot. Mobile phones allowed but flash photography is strictly prohibited. Wear subdued, nature-coloured clothing. No loud noise, music, or standing up inside the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of the safari slot. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit (no refund) towards rebooking.
